Free Postage & Packing
We offer free UK Delivery on all items. This does not include remote Highland locations, Eire, Ulster and island destinations. A delivery charge will be added to all non-mainland UK and EC destinations. Please email sales team to confirm these prices before placing your orders.

Delivery Terms
For security reasons we cannot deliver goods to any other address than that of the card holders address.

All deliveries are as the courier terms and conditions. We can provide details of your courier if you request for this information. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or by courier. A signature is required for all deliveries by courier.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged. We cannot take any responsibility for damaged or missing parts if you have already signed for the goods.

We aim to despatch all goods within 1-3 working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer due to the courier conditions. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays), we will contact you by e-mail or phone and advise you of the expected date of delivery.
